We loved the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel like part of the family. The courtesy bus was a great way to explore the city without getting lost. The room service kept our room stocked with essentials. The bar had a great atmosphere and the bartenders were phenomenal.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for attending a Pens game as it is right next to the arena. The staff was fantastic, especially Paul, the shuttle driver, who gave us great dinner recommendations. The parking fee was considerably cheaper compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel also offers free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius, which was very convenient for getting around the city on time for our appointments. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with comfortable beds, seating areas, and office spaces. The bathrooms were nice and the bar area had a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel also offered breakfast for a fee and we found it convenient that a Chinese place and a pizza place could deliver to the hotel free of charge. we were very pleased with our stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, even when it was fully booked. The shuttle service was a great resource for information. The location adjacent to PPA arena was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was helpful.
It was all superb.
The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was right next to the busy arena during home games. The room was very nice and the staff provided totally next level service. The outdoor sitting area was great and the pool looked beautiful, even though we didn't get a chance to use it. The parking was safe and convenient, and there was also a breakfast option available.
