The layout of the hotel was nice, with a clean room and a view of the courtyard. The warm cookie given at check-in was a delightful touch. I enjoyed the swim-through indoor/outdoor option in the pool, although the hot tub could have been warmer. The bistro offered breakfast sandwiches and Starbucks coffee, which was convenient.
Room issues.
We loved our stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the rooms were impeccable. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the hot tub and pool which were perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly, especially the guest check-out attendant at the desk. We were pleasantly surprised by the late check-out time of 12 noon, giving us extra time to enjoy our stay.

Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff, especially the restaurant and cleaning staff, were the friendliest and most helpful. The parking was convenient and check-in/out was a breeze. The location was ideal, as it was relatively close to the Parkway and all the major universities in the city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay.

The hotel's location close to the city center made it convenient for us to visit all the tourist spots we wanted to see. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and we appreciated the fact that the hotel facilities, such as the pool, were open for use. Additionally, the parking was free and easy, which made our stay even more hassle-free.
