We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property and staff were fantastic. They warmly welcomed us at the front desk and made us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and had a unique eclectic style, which we absolutely loved. The hotel had all the amenities of a boutique hotel combined with the convenience of a Marriott. We especially enjoyed the complimentary wine and beer hour, perfect for relaxing after running the Pittsburgh Marathon. The restaurant located within the hotel was a huge plus, especially since we were too tired to walk. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the entire downtown area, and conveniently close to the Christmas market and dog-friendly restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

From the welcoming front desk to the helpful doormen and housekeeping staff, everyone was pleasant and friendly. The design aesthetic of the rooms was a step above expectation, with comfortable beds and great eclectic style. The bathroom was well done, featuring a fantastic walk-in shower. The hotel's location was perfect, with everything in downtown within walking distance, including the rivers, PPG Arena, parks, and Market Square. The staff even provided forgotten bathroom amenities upon request.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions in the downtown area, including the beautiful parks and the Christmas market. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The complimentary happy hour was a wonderful touch, allowing us to socialize with other guests and enjoy a drink together.
