We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional, while still being personable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and comfortable room that had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and we were impressed with the variety and freshness of the breakfast buffet. The location was perfect, with lots of great restaurants within walking distance and convenient access to transportation.

I had a fantastic stay in the Burgh at an amazing location within 25 minutes walking distance from the hotel. It was so convenient, especially since I wanted to attend an event at the nearby PPG Paints Arena. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff, especially Claire at the front desk, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast spread was delicious, and it was great to start my day with a tasty meal.

We loved the beautiful lobby and the jazz music on Friday evening. The staff was excellent, attentive, and helpful. The spacious guest room had a comfortable bed, and the check-out time of 12 p.m. allowed us to sleep in. The location was great, with convenient parking and easy access to downtown Pittsburgh and the interesting shops and restaurants of the area.
There was nothing we didn't like.
I loved the cleanliness of the room and the friendly and professional reception staff. The valet staff was excellent as well. The pub food was also top-notch. The hotel's location in downtown Pittsburgh was perfect, with easy access to various sites and transportation options, even in sub zero windchill temps.
