Value for money
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, which is located in an historic part of the city. The building itself has tons of character and breathes history. The room I stayed in was adequate and had a comfortable mattress. The hotel facilities, including the bar and courtyard, were excellent. The rates are reasonable and include parking, which is a great bonus. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walk to downtown, where you can find excellent theatre and nightlife. There are also great cafes and walking areas nearby. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.

We loved the antique feel of this hotel, it felt like being at a cozy bed and breakfast. The customer service was outstanding, and the lounge area was very welcoming and comfortable. The shuttle service, especially Henry, was fantastic and provided great conversation. The hotel was conveniently located near the Football field.
Nothing I didn't like.
I had a procedure scheduled at the nearby hospital and this hotel was the perfect location for me. The hotel is situated in the Strip District, close to Allegheny General Hospital, which made it very convenient for me. The hotel itself felt like a cozy bed and breakfast, with a charming antique atmosphere. The customer service was outstanding, with the staff being very hospitable and accommodating. The lounge area was very cozy and inviting, providing a great spot to relax. Plus, the breakfast was included in the stay and was quite satisfying.
