I had a great stay here! The location was perfect, right in the center of this city and close to downtown. It was so convenient to visit the Carnegie museums and explore the area. The room was very comfortable and clean, and I especially loved the spacious bathroom and the amazing shower. The staff was professional and friendly, making me feel secure and welcomed. The shuttle service and nearby restaurants were a big plus too. I will definitely stay here again!
No negatives from this place. The hotel provided a great experience overall with no issues whatsoever.

It was all superb.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a fridge that we found convenient to use. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even making us a quick dinner when we arrived late at night. We also enjoyed the free coffee pods in our room and the quietness of the hotel, which ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was easy to get to and close to both the hospital and the Carnegie museums, including the Cathedral of Learning.
